Static DC Rig

This Test Rig for DC Master Box simulates the parameters of the DC Power Supply unit of the aircraft. The power to the unit under test (UUT) is switched ON/OFF through input power switch. Following test are conducted to check the performance of the unit under test:

1. Continuity Checks
2. Insulation Resistance Test
3. Functional Logic Test
4. Protection Function Test
5. Load Test

The Test Rig is powered by 230V AC input power for its operation. This provides power to digital meters (V&I) and cooling fan to improve load bank heat transfer efficiently. The Test Rig consists of following Modules.
